Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
- The Customer Service Associates will be responsible for responding to the changing needs of customers at the same time upholding AFG’s values of respect, excellence, collaboration, integrity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Provide and maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of providing customer service
- Able to build good rapport and relationships with customers
- Be proactive in identifying customers’ needs and desires
- Increase sales by promoting, cross-sell and up-sell products
- Go the “extra mile” to drive sales
- Assist in product inventory procedures and housekeeping duties
- Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable manner

REQUIREMENTS 
- Minimum completed GCE O level
- Singaporean or Singapore PR may apply
- Proficient in the English language
- Good attitude 
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good team player
- Young and Sporty personalities

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Able to work shift hours including Weekends and Public Holidays
- Relevant experience in retail sales environment would be a plus
