  • Providing customer service to walk-in customers to optimize sales opportunity
  • Manage and replenish stocks, and visual merchandising
  • Assist in manpower planning of his/her shop and ensure adequate numbers of staff are deployed within the business operations hours
  • Create a friendly and yet competitive sales environment to maximize sales output
  • Coach and counsel staff with regard to the standard set by the company
  • Conduct interviews for recruitment of sales staff
  • Handling daily sales report, analyzing sales and overall inventory
  • Other ad hoc duties


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma
  • Preferably with 2 years' customer service experience
  • Willing to work on 3 rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays
  • Subject to store transfer
  • Friendly, cheerful and energetic
