  • Master and ensure all dish products are adhere to JUMBO SOPs on the product quality
  • Equipped with the maintenance system in the kitchen and liaise with maintenance staff
  • Supervise operations of all departments in the kitchen and sequence of food served
  • Execute and follow-up on JUMBO requirements
  • Increase profit & reduce expenditure and control cost
  • Build a positive work environment
  • Familiar with menu
  • Create new dishes
  • Conduct checks before operation starts
  • Conduct meetings and roll call
  • Conduct recruitment
  • Conduct counselling for staff
  • Approve staff’s off day and leaves 
  • Handle staff work injury
  • Handle dismissal, termination and resignation
  • Supervise all departments 5S and HACCP requirements are adhere to
  • Lead by example
  • To perform any other duties assigned by superior



  • At least 6 years of relevant  experience in Chinese cuisine
  • Experience in managing staff
  • Specialize in Chinese cuisine,  has in-depth knowledge in nutritional cooking
  • Possess basic food hygiene certificate
  • Good physical condition and endurance
