Job Description

You will provide administrative support to the department and assist in the day-to-day running of the office, which include scheduling of biosafety committee meetings, updating and maintenance of the SingHealth OOB intranet, OOB documentation and record-keeping for all SingHealth Institutional Biosafety Committee activities.  You will facilitate the organisation of relevant biosafety training programmes, courses, seminars, pre-training and post-training, and follow up with tracking of target participants’ attendance and KPIs for training. You will also assist in the preparation of annual workplans and budgets, and annual and bimonthly reports. You will also maintain the level of office supplies and ensure that the department is sufficiently stocked.


  • Diploma, preferably in chemistry, microbiology, computer science, information technology or an office administration background with at least 8 years of relevant working experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Mature, patient and organised
