Senior/Assistant Manager - Performance Mgmt (Healthcare/ Up to $5200)

• Public Healthcare Sector @ West area
• Up to $5200 with attractive benefits
• Mon to Fri, office hour

Main duties:
• Take on business performance management and financial management responsibilities for the department.
• Support in strategic development and administration of business performance and financial related matters.
• Drive performance management processes for sharing of best practices for performance improvement.
• Ensure that financial matters are managed in proper manner and in compliance with policies.
• Assist in monthly business and financial reporting, annual budgeting, P&L analysis, fee revision.
• Setting and tracking of department’s key performance indicators.
• Review costing and pricing for internal programs/external collaborations.
• Involved in new project evaluation and procurement projects as required.

Requirements:
• Singaporean only
• Min Degree in Business or Accounting with at least 3 to 4 years of similar experience in healthcare sector highly preferred
• Proficient in SAP financial system
