Job Description

Senior Analyst – Global Tax
 

Objectives
Support Senior Tax Manager in the effective management of  the tax affairs of the Group, including timely and proper tax compliance, managing tax audits and disputes and tax planning for cross-border businesses and transaction

 

Scopes & Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and manage corporate tax compliance of Group companies, including transfer pricing compliance and BEPS related compliance
  • Liaison with subsidiaries and prepare regular tax reporting for management and shareholders
  • Responsible for the Country-by-Country Reporting obligations including notification obligations
  • Assist in monitoring and managing tax risk and exposure of the Group companies, including tax audits
  • Review of segmented P&L for operational transfer-pricing monitoring
  • Review of transfer pricing documentation and deal with any transfer pricing risk identified
  • Participate in tax incentives initiatives and monitor compliance with tax incentives conditions
  • Business partnering to provide tax technical support and tax advice especially on business transactions and compliance matters
  • Support and implement ad-hoc tax projects dealing with local and international tax issues.
  • Review contracts for potential tax risks, cost and obligation to the Group
  • Keep abreast of tax changes applicable to Group companies
  • Undertake other tasks or participate in adhoc projects, as may be assigned


Qualification & Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, such as ACCA
  • At least 4 years of tax experience in International public accounting firms and/or multinational company, preferably with regional or global experience in tax
  • Working knowledge in transfer pricing and indirect tax
  • Proficient in English and Chinese Language (verbal and written) due to frequent liaison with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly motivated team player with analytical skills, independent and meticulous
  • Work location : West
