We are looking for a responsible person able to work independently with our director to provide basic accounting work and adminstrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
- Keep records of director's accounts and issue of cheque payments
- Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure
- Handle all outgoing / incoming correspondence
- Maintain electronic and paper records in an organized and easily accessible manner
- Miscellaneous office administration duties
- Diploma holder/G.C.E "A" level
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Must have good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work soon
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Our office conveniently located near Dhoby Ghaut MRT station.
