We are looking for a responsible person able to work independently with our director to provide basic accounting work and adminstrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.



  • Keep records of director's accounts and issue of cheque payments
  • Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure
  • Handle all outgoing / incoming correspondence
  • Maintain electronic and paper records in an organized and easily accessible manner
  • Miscellaneous office administration duties



  • Diploma holder/G.C.E "A" level
  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Must have good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work soon


Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm


Our office conveniently located near Dhoby Ghaut MRT station.
