Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Agile team on Agile/Scrum practices
• Facilitate communication, decision making and conflict resolution within the Agile/Scrum team
• Tacking of product backlog and schedule
• Track, remove impediments and escalated issues to Product Owner or management if necessary
• Assist and support the Product Owner
• Work with diverse team members
• Software development when required
• Participate in technical solutioning
• Highlight any outstanding problems/issues that require directions at regular progress review meetings
• Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks as and when directed

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of relevant IT working experience, preferably 3 years of Scrum Master experience
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in .NET (C#), full SDLC is a must
• Scrum Master certification is an advantage
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is an advantage
• Working experience with government agencies is an advantage
• Experience with OutSystems web and/or mobile application development is an advantage
