Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and administrative support to the servicing team
  • Handle all enquires and complaints
  • Delivering customer satisfaction
  • Arrange of technicians' daily schedule for assigned duties
  • Attend to any changes in the schedule for the day
  • Ensure that route plan are efficient (minimize de-touring)
  • Ensure effective manpower deployment and performance measures are met at all times
  • Make decisions and discuss with department head on appropriate action require when facing problems/ difficult situation
  • Ensure all appointments are not missed
  • Processing work order/ service chit
  • Brief assigned teams on their daily schedule
  • Ensure teams are on-time for their appointment 
  • Record what was done on work order by technician and review
  • Email HDB documentation to branch after each installation works
  • Administrative works
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned by Department head/ Management Team
  • Ad-hoc duty at retail shop
