Job Description

Objectives

  • To have a centralised function for creating, controling and harmonize master data
  • To ensure data integrity and quality and all master data is synichronized across all systems
  • To conduct data analysis and gain insights for business process reviews and all master data related continuous improvement projects

Scopes & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day Global data maintenance for Material Master/ Customer Master/ Vendor Master for regional and global users
  • Mass maintenance of data (ERP client 300. ERP client 500/ MDS, ARP client 300) by monitoring and resolving data error (CLFMAS, MATMAS) to achieve data accuracy and completness 
  • Particpate in SAP S4 HANA projects eg data cleansing, data loading & mapping and data validation
  • Review methodology inputs for master data and compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of master data

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Business or Logistic or IT with 2 - 3 years of experience in the same field as preferred
  • Knowledge of Global Master Data Management policies and processes to ensure that transactions are properly reviewed authorized recorded and executed
  • Knowledge of SAP R 3 eg MM SD PP WM QM etc for compliance and audits
  • Excellent in IT skills (Microsoft)
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Conduct data analyses on extracted data to identify unusual activity
  • Manage projects to ensure successful delivery on time key performance indicators achieved by establishing clear goals and accountabilities developing project plans and develop contingency plans
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management Logistics area are preferable
  • Team player and able to work with minimal supervision in a complex fast paced and high-volume environment
  • Work location: West, near MRT (5 days work week)
