Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
1. Implement approved and assigned Change Requests (CR) as required.
2. Understand business case for CR and formulate recommendations for detailed solution based on completed IA.
3. Ensure that CRs are implemented within the communicated internal timelines and to the required level of quality.
4. Execute thorough testing and regression testing on programs that have been enhanced or changed.
5. Ensure compliance with standards, templates, checklist and guidelines is maintained and contribute to their development.
6. Ensure that all required deliverables and checklists are submitted and endorsed by Clients/Team Leads.
7. Assist with knowledge transfer to other teams and team members once CR has been deployed/completed.
8. Update component test documentation such as test conditions, test data, and test scripts
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
2. 5-6 years of experience with SAP especially HR/HCM module.
3. Experience with IT project implementation work.
4. Experience with system production support and problem resolution.
