SAP Consultant (HCM)
Job Scope :
a. Coordinate and perform secretariat role for meetings with different stakeholders and internal team meetings
b. Project Management. Responsibilities include assist the Programme / Project Manager to manage and ensure timely deliverables by the Contractors; ensure deliverables conformed to the standards and control defined for the programme; identify and manage risk and mitigation strategies; identify, analyse and ensure resolution of issues; manage change control.
c. Progress Reporting. Assist the Programme / Project Manager in progress reporting to management and to various forums, prepare for presentations for meetings when required.
d. Manage Change Request (CR). Responsibilities include tracking of CR raised; review of CR effort; implementation of CR; assess impact and solution proposed by Contractor; facilitate users in CR testing.
e. Manage Service Request (SR). Assess SR impact with Contractor.
f. Manage Problem Report (PR). Track system defects reported by users. Ensure prompt resolution is provided by the Contractors to the defects reported.
g. Propose, document and work with Programme / Project Manager to implement improvements to the current work processes in Welfare and Benefit process areas to mitigate data issues.
a. The candidate should possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Equivalent.
b. Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP.
c. Good planning and co-ordinating skills.
d. Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
e. Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
f. Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active
g. Proficiency in Office productivity suites such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; Proficiency in Open Office productivity suite would be advantageous.
c. Experience in project management / project co-ordination.
