Salesforce Consultant (PERM)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to work with Salesforce platform and related cloud technologies, designing and implementing the key technical components of the Salesforce solution. He/she will share implementation best practices and partner with the Technical Architect to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones.
• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform including application integration and data migration
• Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment
• Design and implement business technology solutions focused on Salesforce platform
• Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of Salesforce solution
• Contribute the growth of the Salesforce practice through though-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets
• Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and integration with other applications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Experience with hands-on technical development/ programming, preferably with the Salesforce platform
• 2+ years in post-qualification IT experience in software development and implementation
• Understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong software engineering foundation
• Strong in documentation, process analysis and design, requirement gathering and impact analysis
• Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
• Excellent oral/written communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
