Job Description

Responsibility: 
  • Sales Support: Follow-up on all current business with Japanese customers, monitor customers’ sales forecast and develop new project progress
  • Product Transfer/Modification Project – Support the project team for all new and existing model from Panasonic Energy China Wuxi
  • Reporting Sales Budget, Target and Result
  • Periodically visit to customer, to collect the latest market situation and customer sales information
  • Conclude customer demand info and report to factory for better purchase arrangement
  • Follow up with customer for all sudden demand changes and make necessary arrangements
  • Follow-up and support to all quality defective issue
  • Follow up with customer for every quality issue claim and take necessary actions accordingly

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business or other related courses
  • At least 2-3 years of related experience in sales co-ordination/logistics/support with Japanese customers
  • Good negotiation and customer service skills, able to take stress
  • Proficient in MS Excel
