Sales Support (West; Contract; Swiss MNC) - $2,500

INSIDE SALES

• Answer queries on specifications and price quotation.          
• Follow up with database customers list daily and develop a working knowledge of accounts.
• Using existing data to follow-up with customers 
• Enhance sales numbers by cross-selling, up-selling and developing internal promotions for designated customers.
• Work closely with planner to determine product bundles and recommend products to customers to increase average sales totals.            
• Work closely with application engineer to advice customers on the correct products for their applications.
•  Coordinate with customers on their sales forecast sales order and inform supply chain to ensure fulfilment of demand and timely delivery.

CUSTOMER CARE

• Provide superior customer care duties in order processing:
• Issue work orders to operations and logistics.
• Track work orders and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
• Document complaints from customers and handle service recovery as needed.         
•  After installation service to follow-up customer’s satisfaction.
