Work in fast-paced environment to support sales manager in customer enquiries for IT product and services, liaise with distributor on product enquires and purchase order matter.
Increase the revenue growth for company and make sure all aspects of the sales orders meet requirements of the client and the company. Utilizes skills to make certain that all sales transaction is executed and deliver timely. Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department.
Sales Support Job Duties:
- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Takes sales inquiries to assist Sales Manager in quotations and sales material.
- Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their enquires and orders.
- Ensure customer purchase items is delivered timely to end customer.
- Liaise with Supplier and Service Provider on Purchase Order and timely delivery.
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team. Updates all contact information for clients
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents, generate Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, etc…
- This position will support Taiwan and Japan market. English is key but if you have language proficiency that would be an advantage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to comfortably talk to others, good written and oral communication skills for creating professional email and conversation, good time management and organizational skills, ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally.
