Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of orders and manage order fulfilment and delivery to customers
  • Source for supplies from different suppliers
  • Support team members in making quotations, contracts, proposals, or presentation materials
  • Listen to customer’s concerns, problems or requirements and make proposal to improve their IT environment
  • Gather customer requirements and propose hardware/software to customer
  • Answer all incoming phone calls , attend to customer enquiries and follow up accordingly
  • Provide service and sales quotations to customers
  • Prepares documents E.g Quotations, PO, DO, Invoices
  • Plan and coordinate across different departments to ensure successful delivery to customers
  • Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in order management/ sales support to the sales Team
  • Strong ability to multitask in fast-pace environment
  • Pleasant personality and meticulous in work
  • Able to work independently and is also a good team player
  • Proficiency in computers and technologies
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
