Responsibilities:
- Processing of orders and manage order fulfilment and delivery to customers
- Source for supplies from different suppliers
- Support team members in making quotations, contracts, proposals, or presentation materials
- Listen to customer’s concerns, problems or requirements and make proposal to improve their IT environment
- Gather customer requirements and propose hardware/software to customer
- Answer all incoming phone calls , attend to customer enquiries and follow up accordingly
- Provide service and sales quotations to customers
- Prepares documents E.g Quotations, PO, DO, Invoices
- Plan and coordinate across different departments to ensure successful delivery to customers
- Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Experience in order management/ sales support to the sales Team
- Strong ability to multitask in fast-pace environment
- Pleasant personality and meticulous in work
- Able to work independently and is also a good team player
- Proficiency in computers and technologies
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
