Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Sales Director/Manager: Get pricing, source for products, prepare quotation and send proposals to Customers.
  • Prepare presentation materials when required
  • Attend to customer inquiries via email, phone calls
  • Responsible for processing Official Quotation for customers
  • Source for suppliers; check products pricing, stock status
  • Negotiate best pricing with Suppliers; follow up closely with them on orders processed
  • Act on sales leads as passed down by Sales Director/Manager
  • Help Customers with product-related enquiries or system-related issues
  • Track project schedule
  • Liaise with related departments for process orders and goods delivery
  • Coordination of orders with vendors, and customers to keep the order process on track
  • Arrangement of goods delivery to customer after goods are ready
  • Ensure proper documentations according to company SOP
  • Provide training for new staff about operations procedure (SOP) and product knowledge
  • Attend to customer enquiries and follow up accordingly
  • Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Fresh poly graduates 
  • Strong ability to multitask in fast-pace environment
  • Pleasant personality and meticulous in work
  • Able to work independently and is also a good team player
  • Proficiency in computers and technologies
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
