Job Description

Job summary

  1. Responsible for rendering all the after-sales support services to the customers.
  2. To work as part of a F&B Sales team.

Area of responsibilities

  1. Responsible for taking customers’ orders via phone, fax or email, input into NAV, print and sort the invoices.
  2. Responsible to prepare internal & external credit notes.
  3. Assist in the preparation of quotations / samples.
  4. Assist point between customers and logistics department on all logistics matters*.
  5. Assist to check and coordinate on supply issues with purchasing and production departments*.

*(When face with any issue on logistic, warehouse and production, to approach main contact person – indoor product executive – to settle issue)

  1. Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary

Competency requirements

  1. Speak fluent English & Chinese
  2. GCE ‘O’ level
  3. Communication skills
