Job Description





Job Responsibilites:
  • Provide sales / administration support to the Sales team
  • Sales Lead Management from assignment to creation in CRM
  • Update / Create new accounts in Microsoft dynamics for new salesperson
  • Update account view information gathered from sales hardcopy into Microsoft dynamics
  • Generate accurate and time P&L report of salesperson and sales director
  • Co-ordinate monthly sales meeting & sales training
  • Tracking of salesperson commission tiering
  • Checking of monthly sales commission
  • Update sales KPI results prior to monthly management meeting
  • Preparation of monthly sales and quarterly company meeting slides
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • PC literate and familiar with Microsoft excel (Pivot table and V-Lookup)
  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft dynamics will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
