Job Description

Location: City Hall Area (Stamford Court)

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • In charge of screening and tracking new sales inquires
  • In charge of order processing, handling sales orders, etc.
  • Onboarding of new customers by disseminating and following-up on new account opening forms, Know Your Customer (KYC) forms and maintaining proper records
  • Data entry, tracking and recordkeeping in a sales-related environment
  • Assist in followingup on sales-related issues and complaints
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels
  • Retrieval of documents for sales staff
  • Ensure proper filing system is maintained for all salesrelated documents
  • Assist in servicing existing customer accounts
  • Liaise with other departments for information exchange
  • Other adhoc admin duties

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in sales support/administrative role
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Cheerful and pleasant disposition, keen to learn, and keeps an open mind
  • Analytical and meticulous
  • Able to work under stress
  • Good team player and able to work under minimal supervision with a sense of urgency
  • Customer-oriented
  • SAP B1 knowledge would be a plus point
  • Experience in sales support role within the palm oil, oleochemical, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage
