We are searching for a Sales Support Coordinator who is excited to play a larger role in attracting and retaining clients.
- Manage incoming calls or emails for sales & support enquiries pertaining to the company’s product lines.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and purchase orders.
- Able to assess and render the necessary support to clients when necessary.
- Render administrative support and work closely with immediate supervisor and team members to ensure smooth work processes at all times.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties when necessary.
- Higher Secondary/Pre-U/College in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent will be welcomed.
- Adequate command of both English and Mandarin languages to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers.
- Good organization and interpersonal skills, including effective multi-tasking and time management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior working experience in customer service role will be useful.
- Medical: Provided
- Work hours: 9:00am – 5:45pm
- Work days: 5.5 days a week (alternate Saturday)
- Dress code: Smart casual office wear
- Location: Kallang area
