Job Description

We are searching for a Sales Support Coordinator who is excited to play a larger role in attracting and retaining clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls or emails for sales & support enquiries pertaining to the company’s product lines.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Able to assess and render the necessary support to clients when necessary.
  • Render administrative support and work closely with immediate supervisor and team members to ensure smooth work processes at all times.
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

 

Requirements

  • Higher Secondary/Pre-U/College in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent will be welcomed.
  • Adequate command of both English and Mandarin languages to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Good organization and interpersonal skills, including effective multi-tasking and time management.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior working experience in customer service role will be useful.

 

Additional Information

  • Medical:             Provided
  • Work hours:       9:00am – 5:45pm
  • Work days:        5.5 days a week (alternate Saturday)
  • Dress code:       Smart casual office wear
  • Location:            Kallang area
