Sales Support Coordinator [Customer Service| No EXP] SPMHOP

• Nearest MRT: Kaki Bukit – Walking distance from MRT
• Working Day: 5 Days work week
• Basic + Allowances + AWS + Up to 2VBs

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Full Spectrum of Sales Order Processing (Including Customer and Part Number Creation)
• Work closely with customer’s delivery/reschedule request, project site deliverie
• Generate Picklist, Delivery Orders and Invoices
• Generate Purchase Order backlog report, expedite (pull-in/push-out) delivery schedule
• Work closely with vendor’s customer service - Delivery/Shipment Planning & Management
• Plan and expedite (pull-in/push-out) delivery schedule
• Update Customer’s Backlog through Live Share
• Monitoring of incoming shipment from Vendor & out going shipment for customers.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any field or its equivalent
