- To plan & carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product & service delivery.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned areas.
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Attend and solve customer's complaints and issues.
- Plans and organizes personal sales targets and strategies.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through reading pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Possess Bachelor's Degree or minimum Diploma education with knowledge in Animal Healthcare industry or Pharmaceutical/Medical science or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
