Sales Marketing Specialist
1) Sales aspects:
Develop market intelligence and understanding market trends in the local Oil & Gas / Pharma markets, with strong engagement with EPCs, SI & OEMs.
Develop strategic plan on assigned market; defining growth areas and create action plans to achieve sales objectives.
Focus on front-end sales execution from end to end project pursues.
Establishes new relationships and maintains current customer base conscientiously by understanding customer needs and promoting a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Sales reporting and orders forecast reporting using SalesForce & other reporting tools
2) Marketing aspects:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess gaps and opportunities in business performance
and current portfolio for MODP.
Identify new business opportunities & project pipelines on targeted group of customers in the assigned market.
Develop demand creation strategies and be able to propose new product offerings to meet current market demands.
To work closely with consultants & EPCs on upstream prescription works.
Strong background on electrical industry.
Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic engineering
Previous experience in engineering marketing & sales preferred
Business presentation delivery
Team player & being able to coordinate with the various sales teams.
