Job Description

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the company's courses and services
  • Actively involved in sales and business development to identify potential opportunities and new markets, including cold calls, generate appointments and leads
  • Perform competitor monitoring to be aware of market trends /services / products
  • Understand customers' commitments and motivations to provide advice and consultation on courses and trainings
  • Plan, execute and manage sales campaigns and activities, events, promotions and advertisements
  • Handle and resolve feedback, complaints or conflicts
  • Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Provide monthly reports for management review
  • Adhere to company’s confidentiality policies
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

 

Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Sales/ Marketing related disciplines
  • Experience in Outdoor Sales or Corporate Sales - Required to perform market analysis, prospect identification, sales pitch preparation and practice, approach through cold calling, needs analysis, company presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients and the ability to relate well at all levels
  • Professional and confident in dealing with corporate clients and possess effective presentation skills
  • Well rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
  • Possess strong work ethics
