Sales & Marketing Executive
- Build relationship with individual retail outlets by conducting regular visits to discuss and review sales volume, product promotion, shelf display location, pricing & display signage and order quantity with the aim of increasing sales.
- Penetrate new retail outlets by networking, cold calling, store visits or any other methods with the aim of getting retailers to support our promotion programme or retail our merchandise.
- Negotiate the terms of purchase with customers the aim of closing sales.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Target, evaluating performance and developing action plan to increase sales revenue.
- Gather competitors and customer information and provide feedback on consumer buying trends and industry trends.
- Assist in handling e-commerce platform to increase Sales
- Assist in developing sales and marketing plan for product lines to increase sales and market share.
- Be a team player and perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by your superior.
Basic Salary + Transport Allow + HP allow + Commission
5.5 days work week
On-The-Job Training & Coaching by Supervisor
1. ITE NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma Holders.
2. Effective Selling and Communication Skills
