The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Building strong relationship with existing portfolio of clients and carrying out business development activities to build a solid lead pipeline.
  • Staying focussed on sales and revenue targets and constantly aiming to exceed them.
  • Maximizing share of wallet by keeping a constant lookout for market opportunities with changing trends.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Providing regular competitor and market feedback that helps business not just course-correct and grow but also to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
