Sales & Marketing Executive ($4k | Central | Real Estate)

Responsibilities

- Conducting viewing of units to prospective clients
- Handling marketing responsibilities of available properties for sale / lease
- Handling various relevant documentation tenancy agreements, sales & purchase forms, option to purchase forms etc
- Attending to tenant's requests

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
- Advantageous to possess a proven sales track record

Other Information
- Reporting directly to the Property Director
