Job Description

 

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will join the team to work on support, cross functional deliveries, and business management. You will play a key role in building and managing the team’s individual members and keeping up with their roles, as well as maintaining relationship with external stakeholders.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with cross functional teams that leads to successful analysis, implementation, and close of deal
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers and other stakeholders
  • Market accurate and relevant information and latest developments and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure that all Sales and Marketing activities are carefully thought out and planned to ensure successful results
  • Plan and manage engaging Events and seminars and ensure that it runs smoothly
  • Follow up with any Marketing matters from third party or the general public
  • Support the sales team by handling feedback, providing advice, and troubleshooting issues when necessary
  • Ensure to keep up the company’s presence in the industry in a positive and professional manner

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any field.
  • You have excellent communication and people skills
  • Independent and love to challenge yourself
  • Ability to adapt to different environments
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word and Excel
  • No work experience required
  • Training will be provided for entry level candidates
  • Candidates who are able to start within short notice is an added advantage
