Job Description

This position will be responsible for the following:

1. Sales Administration Responsibilities:

a.  Process of Purchase Order to Supplier

b.  Order Confirmation to Customer

c.  Preparation of Invoice and Delivery Order

d.  Notification to customer of shipment

e.  Follow up on payment when necessary

f.  Administration of work flow check-sheet

g.  Preparation of Sales Forecasts, other lists pertaining to Sales Admin such as stock lists etc.

2. Administer office, receive and send shipments by Fedex, TNT etc.,

3. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, all work must be completed in a timely manner

4. Other office related jobs may be given at management’s discretion

5. This position requires close cooperation to the management and sales team
