Job Description

• Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the Company.
• In Charge of the local wholesales business development and retail network synergy program.
• Set sales plans and commercial actions for wholesales segment and retail network.
• Regularly review and refine business processes for efficiency
• Manage and develop the market channels and look for gaps and business opportunities
• Regularly provide the Marketing Department with the information linked to market, products, competitors, trends and support to the local marketing activities
• Responsible for Sales Forecast and monthly Reports

Requirements

• Min Degree in business or related disciplines with 5 - 6 years’ experience, preferably in Tires/ Automotive industry
• Candidate with own vehicle and class 3 license is preferred
• Experience in Sales, negotiation, marketing, communication
• High degree of commitment and multicultural mind approach
• Required to organize and attend local events
