Sales Manager (Medical devices) - $4.5K to $6.5K

• Preparation of product configuration, sales quotations, purchase requisite, etc, for Endoscopic Solutions Division
• Responsible for domestic ESD sales, with sales pipeline management and strategies development through localised needs for current product upselling and new product adoption in SG market.
• Develop sales action plan by fiscal period. Create sales plan for existing and new products.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales on a monthly basis.
• To facilitate HCP engagement, conduct in-service, OPD and product evaluation, demonstration and training for both Singapore & regional HCP.
• Submit daily activities report through Sales Force, preparation of monthly sales & event reports.
• Develop and submit proposals and tenders.
• To be responsible to lead and train the new sales personnel.
• Support marketing function to plan for exhibitions, workshop, and training for customer, customer relationship management.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements 

• Min Diploma / Degree in any courses 
• Min 2 to 3 years of sales experience in medical devices 
• Min 2 years of management experience managing a small team 

MNC (Medical devices) 

Salary range: $4.5K to $6.5K
