Job Description

  • Proven 'B2B' at least 3 years sales experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain management industry would be preferred.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
  • and ensure strong presence.
  • Experienced in leading, managing & motivating a sales team.
  • Achieve growth, hit sales targets, managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers revenue and expense controls.
  • Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies with proven negotiation skills
  • coupled with the ability to close business wins.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
  • competition status.
  • Demonstrated success in developing sales plans and analyzing profitability of prospects,
  • coupled with the analytic skills to review both financial and operational data.
  • Present revenue and expenses reports and realistic budget/forecasts to the Management
  • Team.
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of organizations, including senior level executives.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
