Job Description

The Sales Manager's role is to work with the Aureus Sales & Business Development Department in
ensuring the growth of the company through boosting our revenue and student numbers. The Sales
Manager will be tasked with running and supporting events (such as, but not limited to: Roadshows,
Open Houses, Mall Performances), as well as contacting potential clients from our digital marketing lists,
and assisting with customer inquiries in-person at our locations or online for lead generation. The Sales
Manager will also support the Sales Department in revenue generation by being able to close deals
regularly, whether these are potential student enrolments or ad-hoc programmes. Thus, he/she must
work towards having extensive product knowledge and excellent customer service in order to ensure that
he/she can promote the company and our offerings effectively and provide recommendations to all
potential leads and customers.

 

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Customer Experience: Communicate cordially and enthusiastically with parents and students in front desk interactions.
  • Product Knowledge and Recommendation: Sales managers are expected to have extensive product knowledge and be able to make suitable and attractive recommendations to customers in order to generate more leads/enrolments. Training will be provided.
  • Sales Events: Conduct sales activities for the generation of more leads and student enrolments; these include Open Houses, Roadshows, Teacher Performances, etc. This includes managing and working with staff needed for said events i.e. teachers, admin managers
  • Lead Generation: Able to generate leads from digital marketing, phone calls, events, front desk enquiries
  • Sales BD Team Revenue Target: Contribute to the team revenue target and facility growth and develop and contribute creative ideas to improve revenue
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time. Flexible and able to work under high pressure
  • Team support: Ready to assist the Director and Assistant Director of the Sales & Business Development Team in their projects

 

PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Candidates must possess at least 2-3 years of sales experience with relevant management experience (In education field will be an advantage)
  • At least a Bachelor Degree in business, marketing field
  • Ability to achieve targets set
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Speaking, fluency in English reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Excellent standard of customer service and professional in communicating with clients
  • Good team player
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and other general computer skills
  • Be positive and flexible to cope with the fast growing pace in the company
  • Must be able to work on weekend
