You will do:

Sales Strategy

  • Develop end-to-end sales strategies and initiatives from lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc.
  • Design and enforce sales policies
  • Manage sales process, perform planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of sales activities
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
  • Regularly assess and review sales methodology and processes

Lead Management

  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through various channels such as emails, cold-calling, networking, etc.
  • Analyse and conduct market research regularly on industry to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Develop and execute new strategies for business growth
  • Prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads
  • Develop and refine negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices
  • Identify client's challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
  • Propose recommendations for structuring a well-defined partnership deal for clients

Maintain Strong Client Relationships

  • Identify potential customer partnership and seek to establish clientele base
  • Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationship
  • Follow-up on marketing leads and secure potential sales opportunities
  • Understand client requirements and objectives and provide feasible solution

Sales Process

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, sales agreement and invoices for customers
  • Render after-sales support, including coordinating across functional teams to keep pulse of project schedules and progress
  • Gather and analyse feedback from customers for improvement in products and services

  • Degree or diploma from a reputable institution
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the software and technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • A self-starter who possess unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, a user-centric mind, and the drive to maximize market opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Adeptness to thrive and work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
