Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure brand and sales speech consistency at point of sales
  • Develop marketing strategy for training in consistency with Sales & Marketing objectives
  • Develop and manage the training activity and programs, in the classroom and on the field to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Manage department budget and optimize development cost and planning.
  • Develop and plan training  in line with sales and marketing focus and strategic objectives
  • Develop the strategy and training programs
  • Leverage knowledge of competitor training and retail / consumer trends
  • Deliver training program in the classrooms
  • For standard training
  • For specific training
  • Manage and track training budget
  • Conduct store visits with field Force to ensure in-store training and coaching are executed and to identify training needs (50% of time to be spent on field)

 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years training experience, with retail experience A MUST
  • Hands-on experience in developing and conducting training programs in particular customer service and selling skills
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels and able to work independently
  • Good presentation, communication facilitation and interpersonal skills
