- Able to support General Sales Manager to conduct Sales Training to customers and Sales staff.
- Able to support GSM with generating Sales Forecast and sets realistic targets for Sales downline.
- Able to support GSM with managing Sales team in his absence and conduct Sales Meeting to achieve monthly Sales objective.
- Develop & maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and support & implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
- To carry out presentations and write up business reports in order to successfully sell the product or services.
- The role requires the person to be able to have excellent negotiating and selling skills, be able to communicate with people at all levels and most importantly, close deals. As the role requires planning and presenting, the person must be able to have good planning.
- Outlet visit, promote and sell company's range of products to the new clients or existing customers.
- Able to attend events, openings & anniversaries.
- Achieve the sales target given monthly or quarterly.
- Ensure customers make the payment within their credit term.
- Payment collection from customers.
- Ad-hoc assignment by management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate, Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
