Job Description

We are looking for experienced candidate to grow and develop new corporate and group accounts for hotel rooms. He/she will also cross sell to residential & non-residential events and meetings with our refreshing destination attractive for retreats, meetings and celebrations.


  • Responsible for Corporate & Group Room Sales for the hotel
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales target and room occupancy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify, actively prospect and secure new corporate and group clients for rooms
  • Conducts daily sales calls and visits to client, actively arrange site inspection to hotel
  • Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire and/or close business
  • To take a proactive stance in all business servicing and solicitation, at all times displaying a professional conducted expected by the hotel
  • To identify and develop cross-selling opportunities
  • Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies, set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals
  • Ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial budget
  • Updates all sales call report on daily basis
  • Ensure that all paper works including contracts and billings are processed accurately and timely
  • Monitor sales activity to ensure contracts and proposals go out in a timely manner
  • Monitor and understand competitors' products/services and market trends
  • Assist with planning of budget and business forecast
  • Consistently offer professional and friendly and engaging service with both clients and colleagues
  • Assist in any other task, duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.


Job Requirements

  • Min. 2 years’ Room Sales experience from the hospitality industry
  • Mature, energetic, self-motivated and a team player
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of hotel PMS Opera and Delphi system is an advantage
