JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager that is highly motivated and loves interacting with others. Your role will be to lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales strategies, preparing plans, analyzing data, and assigning sales territories. Opportunities to travel for work will be given.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor market reports and competition
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities, training and performance of the sales team
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Promoting the organization and products to meet planned sales goals
  • Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education

Education, Experience & Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Willing to travel internationally for meetings and events
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation skills and English communication skills required
