• In-charge of Singapore and Malaysia market.
• Plan, prioritise and promote sales of products carried by the Company.
• Primary contact for all communication with clients.
• Daily management of customer accounts for quotations, orders, commercial, and technical issues.
• Provide site support to rectify product quality or installation issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Customer Records, including all contact information in CRM.
• Sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly sales market report.
• Conduct research and act upon market information.
• Assist marketing activities including exhibitions, road shows and technical seminars.
• Manage the pricing policy in accordance with company directives.

Degree / Diploma holders in Engineering or relevant
Proficient in MS Office
At least 3 years of experience in Fire Protection Industry.
Good knowledge of Singapore CP, NFPA and FM standards and codes will be an advantage.
Able to maintain good working relationship with co-workers and customers is the key.
Good interpersonal skills.
