Job Description

 

As a Sales Management Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales strategies, prospecting new opportunities, and managing the current customer base to promote, sell, and secure new business to ensure maximum profitability.

 

The individual we’re looking for should have the innate ability to put yourself in other people’s shoes to understand the support they need, and the expertise to implement the solutions. You should also be passionate and enthusiastic about sales & marketing.

 

The role also sees you as a conduit between our customers and our sales team, highlighting where things are not working quite how they need to, then collaborating with different teams to find effective solutions to realise the full possible value created by the development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Come up with strategic plans to lead the sales team & grow sales
  • Manage all aspects of relationships with relevant third-party vendors and partners
  • Work across the company to generate activity that will create results that demonstrates clear customer needs being met
  • Work alongside marketing team to create better target specific groups of customers
  • Support on data & insights through maintaining periodic reporting and managing analytic dashboards
  • Identify trends & deliver actionable insights to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing & prospective customers
  • Follow up with sales process with customers
  • Work together with team leaders & make sure that monthly KPI is hit
