Job Description

 

 

The successful applicant will be able to effectively manage and be the focal point for, the relationship between the company and the client accounts. Responsible for forging working relationships with clients to achieve objectives and delivery of outstanding service quality. 

 

 

Generally, your time will be spent following up on leads generated from various portals within the company as well as “cold calling” prospective new and existing clients. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implement a Sales and Marketing strategy for all customers and product formats
  • Forage key relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Researching and developing marking opportunities and plans, understanding buyer requirements
  • Identify market trends to determine the changing needs of consumers and their respective markets
  • Lead research on market trends and marketing campaigns for the company
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new opportunities
  • Consistently follow up with sales processes with customers
  • Hit monthly KPI or other targets set by the company and team leaders
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences and workshops, reading publications, and maintain personal and professional networks
