Job Description

Scope of Work (Outdoor Sales)

  • Responsible for bringing in new sales and maintaining existing sales
  • Execution of sales action plans and responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain good relationship with existing clients and understand their business requirements
  • Prepare and issue quotations accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the technical department to ensure fulfilment of the accepted quotation
  • Attend to and resolve client issues
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate document including sales targets and actual sales figures, travel logs and weekly meeting reports.
  • Actively participates in discussions and proposes improvements to sales processes
  • Any other sales-related duty that may be assigned



  • Diploma in Sales, Business Management, Engineering or similar disciplines.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience with proven sales track record in Singapore. Fresh graduates with demonstrated drive to achieve may be considered with a lower starting pay.
  • Knowledge of metrology services, its competitors, accreditation systems are a plus
  • Self-motivated and high drive for setting and achieving stretched targets
  • Good presentation skills and proficiency in relating to clients
  • Good numeracy and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • High level of integrity.
  • Good team-player
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License


This position pays a basic salary (indicated as the base salary range) and an additional sales commission (in addition to the indicated base salary range).
