Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive a superior customer service experience and deliver sales growth.

The main Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers and providing excellent customer service;
• Determining customer requirements and advising on product range, price, services;
• Maintaining good visual merchandising and face to face presentation;
• Complying with company’s relevant discount and promotion policies and ensuring customers are not overcharged;
• Following up clients and ensuring satisfaction with goods and services and resolving any problems;
• Report directly to Department Head.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Business Management & Marketing;
• A passion for customer service and sales achievement;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Well organized with good time management;
• The ability to work well in a team focused and fast paced environment;
• Must not have any criminal convictions;
