Job Description


You are the first point of contact to our clients. You will be required to deliver personalised service of products, accounts and services enquiries to clients in an effective and efficient manner. Have the ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions & attention. As well as solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions, and consistently deliver quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.


Job scope:


  • First point of contact for new customers
  • Effective handling of all customers interactions (face-to-face meetings, tele-communications and written communications)
  • Independently assess each client and resolve issues within stipulated turnaround time
  • Manage the operations of customer surveys and call-backs
  • Handle inbound call and email enquiries
  • Qualify, identify and convert all sales opportunities
  • Work towards team and individual goals
  • Respond to all customer requirements, promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner at all times.


The ideal candidate:

  • Previous inbound and outbound fast-paced experience
  • A high level of computer literacy skills – Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle objections
  • Team player but can also work autonomously
  • An exceptional customer experience each and every time
  • The capacity to learn new skills, product and technical knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and negotiation skills
