Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and map it with products and services provided by the company
  • Work with marketing to source and prospect new business opportunities and generate new leads. Source leads from targeted segments using social and digital marketing as well as telemarketing.
  • Preparation of proposal in close cooperation with the consulting teams
  • Drive the closure of deals through demonstration, presentation and sales of value proposition
  • Solution selling through consultative, business problem solving process
  • Build and develop a long-term relationship with customers
  • Meet Business targets and responsible for timely collection
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report to sales director regularly.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holders
  • Candidate with business management knowledge or IT will be an advantage.
  • 2 years relevant experience in IT solution selling will be an advantage.
  • Entry level candidates with strong motivation and good attitudes may be considered
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, performance driven, energetic and self-motivated
  • A team player and possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Result oriented, (optional: hunter) and thrive in persuading and convincing others
