Job Description

  • Planning, implementing, monitoring and optimising various organic and paid digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO, SEM (Search & Display Advertising), social media, email, content and outreach
  • Creating campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation based on the requirements
  • Perform competitor analysis and monitoring to be aware of market trends/ services/ products
  • Manage and update company websites and website enquiries
  • WordPress website, landing page handling, optimisation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and create landing pages for lead generation
  • Conversion rate optimisation of website and landing page
  • Hands on experience to plan and implement Search Engine Optimization to improve organic traffic
  • Keyword planning using Google or another keyword planner tool
  • Google Ads - Search and display campaign budget and reach forecasting, planning, execution, reviewing and optimising to maximize ROAS
  • Creating images, contents, short videos for posting in social media
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all channels
  • Creating paid campaigns in Social Media - Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
  • Hands on experience in lead conversion tracking
  • Involve and give inputs in email campaign planning and outreach to promote our services
  • Write content across various digital platforms and blog posts
  • Designing marketing flyers and collaterals using Photoshop, Canva or other Online tools
  • Tracking and weekly reporting of inbound leads inquiries through digital channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Handle and resolve feedback, complaints or conflicts related to website and online platforms
  • Actively involve to plan, execute and manage sales/ marketing offline campaign activities, events, promotions and advertisements
  • Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Provide monthly reports for management review

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or relevant field
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Previous experience in handling the minimum annual marketing budget of $50,000
  • WordPress website handling/ maintenance knowledge is mandatory
  • Hands on experience in SEO, SEM, content writing and curation
  • Hands on experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Keyword Planner
  • Hands on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Intermediate knowledge in Photoshop, Canva
  • Knowledge in Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixels is advantageous
  • Knowledge in digital tools like SEMRush, Ahref, Hootsuite is advantageous
  • Knowledge in video creation tools is advantageous
  • Strong business acumen. An analytical thinker and strategist. Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution and problem-solving
