- Achieve sales and margin targets through existing customer and acquisition of new customers in assigned territory.
- Effectively plan sales calls including cold calls to gain business and keep company informed of progress and results.
- Implement marketing programs and deliver value to customers.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customer locations.
- Align with the overall our principal’s direction on targeted segments and strategy.
- Manage credit performance of customers.
- Use proprietary CRM tool to manage the sales process and customer base.
- Maintain a work attitude of safety awareness, continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any Engineering field, Business Management/Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in direct sales.
- Experience with regional sales or business development role will be added advantage.
- Bilingual in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Preferably possess Class 3 license and own vehicle.
